How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, choose your piece, select any customization options, and add the item to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can usually be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be in production or processing.

Do you offer personalized jewelry?

Yes. Many of our pieces can be customized with names, initials, or special text. Personalized pieces may require additional production time.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days before shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Nox & Goled ships worldwide so customers everywhere can enjoy our jewelry.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment anytime using our order tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Are custom items refundable?

Because personalized jewelry is made specifically for you, custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and our team will resolve the issue immediately.

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store pieces separately to prevent scratches and clean gently with a soft cloth.
